Mission
The Bellefontaine Cultural Arts Commission is dedicated to fostering the creative spirit in our community.
History
The Commission was created in 1990, through the diligent efforts of Charles Keirn, John & Joan Kelly, Suzanne Dennis, plus many others and by ordinance of then Mayor Gail Hamilton. The Commission was housed under the Bellefontaine Joint Recreation District's umbrella from 1998-2008.
